Technical Performance:
IGBT forms a complete set with chassis dynamometer, it provides features included: constant power, constant torque, constant speed, and road resistance simulation. It can fulfill the requirement of ASM, VMAS, LugDown and chassis dynamometer control in inspection station.
1. ARM SCM and signal processing circuit, with 16 bit AD converter to test speed, acceleration, power, and driving distance. Instrument connected with RS-232 for signal.
2. Instrument gives commands to vortex machine to load electric current, it provide the features of constant power, constant torque, constant speed, and road resistance simulation control, and it can also control lifters and calibration motors.
