In order to complete the task of formulating the first national standard for the driving performance test method of electric vehicles in use as planned and with high quality, the national standardization committee was organized by the National Motor Vehicle Operation Safety Technology Testing Equipment Standardization Technical Committee and specifically undertaken by the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The second seminar of the standard "Testing Methods for the Safe Driving Performance of Electric Vehicles in Use" was held on August 9-12, 2015 at the Yalan Hotel, Dameisha, Shenzhen.
Some members of the National Standardization Technical Committee for Motor Vehicle Operation Safety Technology Testing Equipment, as well as more than 30 experts from Zhejiang University, Shandong University, Shenzhen Institute of Standardization and other units attended the seminar. Leaders such as Xu Jianguo, Vice President of Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Feng Shuqin, Director of Metrology Department of Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, delivered speeches. Director Liu Meisheng of the National Motor Vehicle Operation Safety Technology Testing Equipment Standardization Technical Committee delivered a speech and presided over the meeting.
The lead drafting unit, Shenzhen Advanced Technology Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences Electric Vehicle R&D Center, introduced the general drafting ideas, preparation instructions and text structure of this standard. The experts at the meeting reviewed and discussed the standard text sentence by sentence. Everyone focuses on the test items for the routine inspection, electrical safety, driving capability, power consumption, battery system, and electromagnetic environment of in-use electric vehicles involved in the standard discussion draft of the "Testing Methods for the Safe Driving Performance of Electric Vehicles in Use" The rationality of the test and the scientificity of the test method were discussed in depth, and a consensus was finally reached and the expected goal of the meeting was achieved.
During the meeting, the participating experts visited the relevant departments/laboratories of the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the electric vehicle R&D center. The experts expressed their appreciation for the rapid development of the institute and the center in recent years and the fruitful scientific research results achieved. The experts also investigated the production workshop and R&D center of Wuzhoulong Automobile Co., Ltd.
The smooth convening of this meeting will effectively promote the formulation process of the "Testing Methods for the Benchmarking of In-use Electric Vehicles", in order to introduce national standards for the testing of in-use electric vehicles as soon as possible and effectively promote the healthy development of the electric vehicle industry. Play an active role.
